Upon purchase of a new license for Lids, you will instantly receive an email with your personal serial number. In order to activate the software, please click on the Help button under the Settings Page, choose License Activator, enter the required information along with the serial number your received and click on Activate.
To start your 30-day trial, please navigate to the Settings Page, click on the Help button and choose License Activator in the popup menu. Fill in your information along with a valid email address and click on the Start Trial button at the bottom left corner of the dialog.
You will then see a confirmation dialog to verify that you wish for a trial serial number to be sent to the email address you provided. Click Yes and check your inbox (and junk folder) for an email from Lidc Multiboxing that should include your own trial serial number for Lidc.
You may then return to the License Activator and use your serial number to activate the software.
Please make sure you are checking the same email account as the one you used to complete the purchase and that the email has not been automatically moved into you junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please enter your email address in the input box below and click on Submit.
Please enter the email address you used to activate Lidc in the input box below and click on Submit. This should be the email address you used in the License Activator the last time you activated the software.
Please note, that your license is per computer and thus it may only be active at one computer at a time. Should you ever wish to transfer your license and use Lidc on another computer, open the Activator again and click on Deactivate. You may then use your serial number on another computer.
Please enter the email address you used to activate Lidc and your serial number in the input box below and click on Submit.
Be advised, that this service is available only once every 24 hours.
1) Please make sure you are connected to the internet and that Lidc is not being blocked by your firewall.
2) Please make sure the TLS protocol (secure communications) is enabled in your system.
To do this, please go to Windows Control Panel then Internet Options and then Advanced. Scroll to the bottom of the list and make sure that required protocol is checked. Lidc requires at least TLS 1.1 but please try checking TLS 1.2 if you are still having issues.
